GENEVA -- Mary Faye Coy, age 76, who just recently moved to Sugar Bush Knolls Village, Ohio, died Wednesday, March 8, 2006, at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna, Ohio.

Born April 5, 1929, in Geneva, she was the daughter of the late Hollis and Pearl I. (Phillips) Cutshall. Mrs. Coy lived all of her life in Geneva and was the sixth generation on the farm. She graduated from Geneva High School in 1947 and attended Oregon State University.

A homemaker, she was married to Samuel C. Coy on October 23, 1948, in South Harpersfield.

A life member of Buckeye Grange, she also volunteered at UHHS-Memorial Hospital of Geneva. Her hobbies included traveling and reading.

Survivors include her husband, Samuel of Sugar Bush Knolls Village, Ohio; sons, Mike (Barbara) of Sundance, Wyoming, Steve (Laurie) of Rapid City, South Dakota, and Kim of Sugar Bush Knolls Village; grandchildren, Chad and Jeremy Coy, and Shannon Moline; a great-grandson, A.J.; and a brother, Norman Cutshall of Salem, Oregon.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and daughter-in-law, Janet A. (Waite) Coy.

A Funeral Service will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 12, 2006, at the WALKER FUNERAL HOME, 828 Sherman Street, Geneva, Ohio 44041, with Reverend James George of the South Harpersfield United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment of Ashes will be at Cork Cemetery in Harpersfield Township.

Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday at the Funeral Home.
